MY STORY

From inside health care to organizations across Canada

I spent much of my career at Fraser Health, where I designed and delivered leadership development programs, executive and team coaching, and organization development services, and led teams of up to 650 people.

Through Create The Space, I now work with health care, policing and public safety, public transit, regulators and professional bodies, government, education, non-profits and the private sector. My background in project management, HR and labour relations, psychologically safe leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, and trauma-informed practice shapes how I work, including with Indigenous Peoples and at-risk groups.

Curiosity about people

I listen for what is really going on, and help people say what matters.
